Robert Half is assisting their client, a Global Consulting Firm, in sourcing a Data Protection Manager to collaborate with them and their end client in a Business-As-Usual (BAU) capacity, focusing on Big Data.

Details of the Contract Assignment:

• - This will be a remote assignment.
• - Initial duration of 6 months, with the possibility of extending into a rolling contract.
• - The payment will be on a PAYE basis, with a daily rate of £450 (gross pay).

The Data Protection Manager should possess the following experience:

• - Demonstrated proficiency in a similar role concentrating on data protection and compliance.
• - Ability to analyse complex regulatory material and recommend suitable actions to ensure compliance.
• - Comprehensive understanding of regulatory frameworks, procedures, and underlying principles.
• - Proficient in effective prioritisation and thriving in a fast-paced environment.
• - Strong stakeholder management skills and the ability to influence effectively.
• - Hold or be willing to pursue the CII Data Protection Certificate.
• - It is advantageous to have substantial operational knowledge in financial services accumulated over several years.
